Our Precision Electronic Pressure Regulators offer a dual proportional valve design with PID control circuitry. Using either an externally supplied, dynamic input signal, or an onboard adjustable set-point value, these products provide exceptional closed-loop, proportional, output pressure control characteristics. By utilizing proportional valve technology, each Precision Electronic Pressure Regulator performs with excellent resolution and consistency. The Precision Pressure and Flow Controller product line consists of two categories: pressure regulators and a pressure relief valve.
Kelly Pneumatics, Inc. offers a proportional valve design Mass Flow Controller for flow applications requiring accurate, linear mass flow control. The unit is calibrated for up to 1% accuracy (full scale) for flow rates of 0-300 LPM. For greater accuracy, the unit can be customized to 2% of reading, for flow rates above 2.5 LPM. This mass flow controller can also adjust for back pressures of up to 100 psig, as well as compensate for changes in gas temperature.
The Precision Pressure Regulator, is a multi-turn, high accuracy, pressure regulator for air and gases. The Precision Pressure Regulator’s unique, dual proportional valve design eliminates bleed to atmosphere, and offers true zero pressure output when deactivated. Internal proportional valves maintain regulated pressure with varying flow rates, meaning changes in supply pressure do not affect the downstream output pressure.
The Digital Mass Flow Meter accurately measures and displays mass flow rate, volumetric flow rate, gas temperature, atmospheric pressure and gas pressure, for both Air and Oxygen. The meter has a touch screen interface, offering immediate customization in seconds, such as selecting the preferred units for each specification, including many standard units typical to engineering applications. It can also automatically adjust for typical errors in flow calculation due to back pressures of up to 100 psig.

Effective in applications with either fluctuating or oscillating control pressures, the Pressure Compensating Proportional Valve can maintain flow rates with input pressures reaching 250 PSIG.
